D8L 'apillar

The D8L arrives onsite, some ripping, some snowy weather...a couple of 3" pipelines were in the way and had to be taken out. Pipeline slings are tough hey?

I love seeing a nicely maintained 8L, was one of the first TTTs I ever run. Most of them I see now days are ready to become parts machines or worse.

Question, what's with the electrical tape on the pipe and around the sling?

@waults The tape was just to give the sling a little more friction as it tightened up, Probably would not have needed it in the summer, but a little frost and it could have slipped

@IntoWisOutdoors about 110 ft each...you and me both, they almost didnt come, I'm glad they sent a real pipliner over to look after things

I am suprised with the Non Detach lowboy? Over the dovetail with that much wieght takes its toll on a trailer. Those sraps are super strong and it looks like the dozer man had done that before?
