Why I decided to start losing weight.

I was an overweight adult and gained even more when I started a medication I will need for the rest of my life. My top weight was 206, putting me in the "obese" range.

  • This diet sounds like torture to me. I can't imagine how i could stick with this restrictive form of eating forever. Life is too short

  • It's not for everyone, but it works for me. I eat more carbs now, but still 90% less than before. And my adult acne went away without the need of those expensive products. :) Who knew that sugar causes breakouts?

  • Oh...if it's torture to stop, it's an addiction. Addiction to anything is not good. Break the addiction!

  • You know I had the exact same experience. I got on the scale and realized I was 223. I didn't even know I was over 200. I was shocked and it scared me enough to lose 42 pounds so far since january. And I've been on my low carb diet since then.

  • You look awesome, girl. Isn't it funny how God gets our attention sometimes? You are such an inspiration. I plan on keeping up with you here on YouTube.
