Those two words are Responsibility and Accountability. Once these two words are understood by management, all employees will know and understand why mediocre job performance can no longer be tolerated.

4. Those in attendance from all departments will be shown and instructed on how to give their employees real formal training on a daily basis. The way it stands now, far too many casinos are paying their employees a good income to do a job they dont know how to do. By teaching employees the many things they should know on a daily basis, it will increase their knowledge, add value to the department and double the table games protection.
