@Amaraxis The plaster is sealed to help prevent cracking, and sealing with gesso/glue gives a painting surface that won't soak up paint. The foam is sealed on the hill faces to increase durability from gameplay use.

@SwimmingInMtDew Thanks, can't tell you how many cases of Mtn. Dew I've gone through during this one. Needed something a little harder after the plaster fiasco though...
