Look up William Cooper talking about this alien code named "EBE" (extra terrestrial biological entity) This is the very first alien caught from the Roswell crash...he gives a great speech about this alien as well as the aliens that landed at an airport and took Eisenhower on board their ship and made deals to experiment on humans in exchange for technology...there is actual footage of the saucer landing..

As a matter of fact , the guy talking on the background is Brazilian and he is not very friendly with the "Alien" thing as he says in Portuguese (literal translate): " Talk you're son of the bitch!!" (at 0:02) .....So the guy must be thinking any Alien creature speak portuguese....I suppose The Alien may be answering to him (in his monosyllabic language): I shall not talk without the presence of my lawyer...

The captors are speaking Finnish, interesting place for a leak, look at how this recording, like others of this nature, is seemingly filmed from what appears to be a camera lens worn on the person, as if this 'spy' had to conceal it. I noticed that perspective with the floating Darpa Ball/thang, the camera man is standing in the back, photo appears to be from chest level (in other words, concealed).
