@akkifans cont.. and lol i don't love watching movies like bodyguard, ready or tees maar khan, in fact i skipped through them since they were that bad. but thing is these movies were hyped before their release and were released on festive periods so they got a good opening. while tees maar khan crashed, bodyguard n ready are loved by the masses who like such brainless movies of salman where he takes his shirt off.

@akkifans even if ra.one didn't have the best storyline movies like that need to be encouraged cos they're innovative and bring in a higher level of technology in bollywood which is missing. As for don 2, the problem is that its a movie for the classes or in odr words people in urban areas which is y most business is coming from multiplexes n single screens are not so good because more intellectual and slick films like that aren't too well understood by the masses who like masala films

@akkifans well at least it will be remembered for that, no one can deny that it was a good initiative on behalf of srk to even bring about such level of technology and i personally loved it, a lot of the hate for it is cos it didn't deliver to teh high expectations people had.

vfx and cgi are not the only thing to watch in films...someone else can make a movie and have the best vfx and cgi effects but no storyline. are you still going to say that movie was brilliant? if you say so that means you only go to watch movies for high-tech stuff....instead i suggest you to watch transformers series, nolan's batman series, 300, troy, the prestige, inception, terminator, ironman (the kind of movies where vfx, cgi and GOOD STORYLINE is included as well)

it doesn't matter if films are hit but it will be forgotten in few years because storyline was SHIT...pathetic movies only work because people like you and Indian audience loves watching stupid movies like ra.one, bodyguard, ready, tees maar khan...i have asked so many Indians who lives here and they all HATED ra.one and they said don 2 should have earned more money than ra.one but the problem is people like to watch movies which make no sense at all.

@smartmnn ur mistaken. boxofficeindia is the most unreliable and biased source. Case in point,even Tees Maar Khan was decalred as a semi-hit by them. Trust Nahta and Taran Adarsh who have been around for ages and a lot more reliable.

@projections115 a pathetic piece of trash? the storyline is shit but the vfx and cgi were brilliant so don't jus generalise it like that. it's funny how international critics appreciated it much better than indian critics. actually boxofficeindia have it as a hit and they're the most reliable source. btw did i mention salman acts better than hrithik? salman can't act at all but he's more popular than hrithik and i haven't even watched wanted or bodyguard
