4 Daze till Pinks All Out!

Hey all went to the track to check out the engine after the cam change. On the second pass a $2 dollar part failed in the transmission.

I have the transmission fixed! Hoot!

All that is left to do is Wax on Wax off.. Clean the car.

The part you broke looks like the fork thing that holds the 2nd gear band, same exact part that broke in my trans on 2 separate occasions...

Oh the drama of going fast.  At least it was an easy fix. What was the final time?

Didn't get one on either pass. 1st pass was too lean.. I could tell it in the burn out. So sence pushing it.

2nd pass while out front of the truck, the shift to second gear was not there. I up shifted to third gear but just to get off the track. I sure hope the drama is now over. It's making me tired real fast. The car has been a rock up untill the last 3 months. All I can do is shake my head.. Hope the storm is now over.
