I mention Thor as a way to focus psychic energy. Thor was the Scandinavian Thunder Lightning deity.

I find I have to chant in a lower tone voice to make the psychic weather control work, mentioning Thor is part of that. Perhaps the word Thor may actually have psychic power, since the Vikings thought it did.

dude, you should try a spell mostly wen i want the wind to blow "Adiego make the wind blow" then point to the sky, and there wind blows, try it wen the wind is calm, and if it doesnt blow you dont believe.

I think i might have this to...but as you said, it does work better when you chant but i dont haver to lower my voice at all o.o. I'm wondering if i can get better at it, im only a teenager so there might be a chance it'll get stronger.

i also do it a lot, i see myself as a very open minded person. clouds , wind, i use it all the time i work on a farm so getting cows in take an hour, when i leave the sky empty (no clouds) by the time i get to the cow (10 min ) i have made a huge cloud that blocks the sun out over my farm. by the time i get to the dairy i make it rain . i don't normally tell people but i don't know you so it's ok .

i belive, we where 4-8 people in copenhagen controlling both wind,waves, birds,flags turned around the pole the tourist flags was connected to.. it worked every time, more people,more wind, more anger more wind, claim controll of your nature and let correctly as u do thor or njord or some viking god take psychic control over u
