Please, tell me where can I find material to read about how to preserve semen? I really noticed that on the 12 day of abstinence from sex/masturbation I become more sociable, my fears go away, I have more power to lift weights at the gym class. But you know dating a girl you can't not make sex, because I have to please my girl's demand. Just remember to use that chi energy for shen light transmission via the full lotus sitting position. If you find that to be difficult, I think I found a solution for such a problem.
