Then ask yourself do you consider your life to be good, happy, lucky/blessed?

or do you see your life as a struggle, sad and against you?

Does your answer to this match the world you focused on the most?

It seems to me that whether my life is a happy one or not is SOLELY based on how I percieve it. If I choose to let an external event guide my emotions without control, if I choose to allow others to control my emotions, then how can I be happy? If I CHOOSE what I feel with purpose and direction, if I CHOOSE not to let anyone else become the manager of my emotions, then, I have simply Chosen Love.

We often say "He/She MADE me feel bad" but thinking about this calmly how can someone else MAKE us feel anything without our permission?

Perhaps we should simply.......

Choose Love!
