This is a film I made addressing proper biomechanics, form, and motivation in modern distance running. The documentary style film explores the perspectives of four Colorado College distance athletes and recounts their experiences through the lens of form. There are four lessons about how to run properly throughout the film and this particular clip is the last lesson, a culmination of the previous three. Enjoi

  • Beautifully done, fun, clear, seems well informed, and well motivated. The Vibrams pre-quel is LOL funny.

I might suggest that chill a bit on the absolute statements. For slower runners, (less than say 4:15/km and slower), I think we have to have some heel on the ground. So for us its more of a mid-foot strike. But this argument has no end and I mostly wanted to thank you for posting this.
