An XMB based around a screenshot i found looking for 'steam punk' and later determined to be from a pc game called Steam Brigade

What you get is an interactive high quality full scale 480x272 heads up display including
-An animated power guage
-Color changing text screens highlighting the main and sub text
-A volume bar that goes up to 8 (sorry, the budget didnt allow for one that went up to 11)
-A busy animation that glistens the glass tube holding the main text label
-Custom Stereophonic Sound effects
-4.05 music visualizer
-CTF Web Download icon in Network
-VERY fast game and theme preview loading
-20 edited wallpapers to position focal points of the wallpaper to a nice location on the screen

there is a work in progress conversion that someone else did at consolespot in the psp themes subforum called Fantastic Journey or something, but it is missing ALOT of the little details that I have in this. :( If/when i get some time I will try to fix it up.
