Danny Elfman. Yah, IMHO he's the greatest movie music composer there is. He's done most of the tim burton films including edward scissorhands, big fish, the burton batman's, my personal favorite nightmare before christmas (he sang most of the parts as well, including jack) and a whole host of other films. Honestly, if I believed in God it would be danny elfman.
