Its been about a year since I made this video and I use this meathod almost every night. It works well for breathing and snoring. I use the walmart equate brand and get 500 of them for around ..$ 2.00. compare to nasal strips at around 30 for about $ 10.00. I do have a couple of suggestions. 1. use something like a water bottle cap to help form the arch by pushing the swab aginst it. 2. If the swab gets too lose try arching it in the opposite direction/ bent the tips outward.
