    This is bullshit... It's 8 cups a day minimum. I've had more than 16 cups in one day, and it's fine.

  • 8 cups a day maximum. Do not drink 16 cups a day! Your bones will crumble

  • When they say drink a cup of water, do they mean half of a large glass like in the video

  • So true... Many people with even serious health problem should start those simple diet. Forget sodas and alcohol : only 2 liters of water a day. I saw miracles with that !
