Change 'Date Header' Font & Position in 'Simple' Blogger Template

Hi Bilal,
I've come across your website and I like your tutorial. I wanted to adjust my Blogger template. Specifically, I wanted to reduce the size of the date header (which is located above the post title) and Increase the size of the Post title. Also, I would like to move the position of the date header from above the post title to below the post title (but should be smaller in size). I've tried to search in my template the codes you mentioned in your tutorial, unfortunately, I could not find it.
Please help me. Thanks in advance.
