  • dewry002, its nutrela. I used it mainly for protien, but it does add little sweet taste to it. Yes, I chop and fry tomatos before grinding or sometime just crush in mortar instead of grinding (Use of mortar is common in Himalayas and the

    achhar tastes differently than the grinding one). As far as stuffing, its just the matter of practice. There is the easier kind where you just put mix in the middle, fold all the corners of wrapper up and twist it to seal it.

  • I use Tomato, Garlic, Ginger, Vegetable oil, Tumeric powder, Cumin powder, Sesame powder, Salt, Chilli, Lime juice and Timor ( I think timor is Chinese szuechan pepper).

  • Nepalese eat beef momo. There's no restriction unlike in the past you be sent to jail for slaughtering cow and eating it. Hinduism is not even Nepali. It originated in India.

    So what is the original religion of Nepal?

  • hello! i would like to know the very next ingredient after onion as i couldn't recognise it...One thing more after salt it shows oil and chopping board with knife...does it mean that we have to first chopp it then fry it and then grind it. I m little confuse with the stuffing process and ingredients can you plz share it again. Thankyou as it seems simply and yummy.
