Navigon 2100 tweaked

with the help of smart people out there on gpspassion.com, i managed to change some UI on the navigon and made it more efficient by buying a better sd card and compressing the images on the gps.
Made the routing system and ETA more efficient.
Changed the battery, satellite and traffic symbols, also changed my cursor to a lamborghini and mach 5 thanks to NFB

The boot-up time is so slow, and it looks really hard to go through the options (not to mention the slight delay), with everything cluttered -- even with a stylus.
