1. Challenges occur in our lives to teach us very valuable lessons and/or to guide us in the direction we should be going.

2. Once you discover and learn the lesson or figure out the direction you are meant to take & start taking it, you will overcome the challenge.

3. Even if you can't immediately figure out why a particular challenge is occurring in your life, take a closer look or ask for help... you will figure it out.

4. Challenges are like stepping stones that you must take on the path to reaching your beautiful goals & dreams. It's all about learning!

5. You must find a way to manage, handle and minimize your stress. Otherwise, stress can be like poison to your body & will cause health issues.

6. Mediation is an amazing way to minimize stress & helps to create clarity, peace & more happiness in your life!

7. Even out of my challenge of having excruciating sciatica pain, I was able to find one of the most beautiful & enjoyable things in my life. That's what it took for me to finally get it!

8. I love exercising & I'm getting bigger "guns"... AKA biceps ;-)

9. I wear my hair in a little ponytail that bounces around when I exercise (& make video blogs).

10. Another great morning song... "Nothing Better Than Life" by Sherrie Lea & Nick Fiorucci - I love it!!
