@jrod9190 Broken my ass. His headbutt isn't anywhere NEAR as broken/prioritized as a DP. Did you know that Headbutt can be sweeped on start-up? Or grabbed out of? Only the EX version has invincibility on start up the whole way through. The normals don't get invincibility until Balrog launches into the air.

Oh yeah, guess what. "Did I forget to mention that an Anti-Air DP from Ryu can go STRAIGHT into Ultra? Broken ass character." Not to mention Ryu's hit-box is retarded.

Balrog isn't broken, His normals carry short range, his headbutt into ultra scales hella bad. and the Head butt has invincibility on startup, it's like a dp but since it's similiar to a dp it's super unsafe. Why would you say a DP is broken anyway? Balrog isn't broken
