hes right, the blow tube needs to be on what is the base of the jar, heat it all up and pull you're shape out, pop a hole and flare it out use a set of hot fingers and remove the blow tube from the bottem and melt it and level it...

your doing this backwards.flare yor blowout to a nice even lip then grap with claw and cut the bottom. good luck bud
