  • "sizzle sizzle sizzle me baby light my fire" fantastic arrangement and backgroung vocals!

  • The backing vocals are sweet in this, they really make this song

  • @no14topfan Hey! Stevie Wonder said the exact smae thing about them taking a song and making it their own. You hit that one on the nose.

  • Sizzle sizzle me baby light fire , sizzle sizzle me baby light my fire!!!! What a groove!!!! the tops can sing it like no one else can . great levi leads an sings with so much soul and emotion. This should of been released as a single!!!! as you can tell I'm partially bias toward the 4 top version however I wonder how it would sound with Lawrence !! both where top notch singers I sure miss levi no one can replace him no matter how they may try. Excellent cover of a greattune whoever sang it

  • In my opinion nobody does this song like Jose Feliciano this coming from a big Stevie and Four Tops fan

  • @ChillMB Yeah, Robbie Krieger did reallyy good with this song. It trascends genre. You got everything from jazz (Shirley Bassey), to Motown (Stevie Wonder, Four Tops), to deep soul (Erma Franklin), to Latin folk (Jose Feliciano), and everything in between. Sorry for the long reply, as you can see I love this song.

  • @camking88 Nah I was serious until about 2 minutes after I wrote it. I discovered I was in error:-D Some pretty cool versions I learned from researching though.

  • @ChillMB The Doors did the original (Robbie Krieger wrote it). Jackie Wilson is one in a looooong line of musicians who covered it (Stevie Wonder, Jose Feliciano, Erma Franklin, Shirley Bassey). But you may have known that already and are just joking around.

  • @redwalls76 Tis not a doors song lol

  • Its a Jackie Wilson tune or Young Holt Unlimited:P
