The longest distance is 18 inches, between your brain and your heart, learn about coherence and start making a difference in your life and in the world!

@Kayenne54 Yep. I remember when gas stations was on corners of streets, Shell on one, across a Sunaco. Now its pharmacys. Hospitals bigger than schools. Sometimes they are needed. I don't, for example, know how to fix a broken bone. My sister fractured her arm. I gave her asperin. Thought it was just sore. lol I was 12. It helped a bit till my mom got home. Was all I knew to "do." Geesh!

@ruben3145 what conflict of interest? You don't need to BUY anything to put this into practice. Get upset, if you must, about orthodox medicine being funded by big pharma companies whose obvious intention is keeping you sick, just for profit. Now there's a blatant conflict of interest. Doctors keeping you sick for profit. Your knee jerk reaction is fascinating.

@ruben3145 Whether you believe it or not, many people, including myself are experiencing exactly what he's talking about, and I didn't buy anything from them. And so what if they have products, people need money to pay for food and shelter. It's scientifically proven that there are brain cells in the heart, and the electromagnetic field produced from the heart vastly trumps that of the brain, but works in unison with it.

Gregg Braden explains how important our heart is. By heart, he not only means our thumping organ but the waves that organ emits outward. This is helpful to me because I can visualize high energy emitting from the area in and around my heart, so much energy that it occupies nearly all the top half of my body, sparkling iridescent pure green and white radiation. I feel improved just having written that info here.

you member ? LOL..only kidding you can be human

@FlamingSnowman11 i completely agree this appears to be a whole lot of mumbo jumbo to sell some products, check out heartmath's store...this is a big conflict of interest and furthermore, there isn't even the smallest amount of peer reviewed literature on the topic... sure the digestive tract has long been known to have the enteric nervous system, and the heart can self regulate, but this does not mean they are involved at all with cognition

@heartcompass how can I achieve that frequency? when is the heart coherent and how can I know if it is?
Years ago, while meditating, my inner voice told, "You have been given great power to influence the world because you have A Mind With Heart". What that means is this - thoughts empowered by a coherent Heart are thousands of times more powerful than thoughts energized by an incoherent heart. It's not about marching in the streets, writing lots of books, or making lots of money to influence the world. Energize your thoughts with a coherent Heart - develop a Mind With Heart - change the world.

So amazing--the heart is the first cell to form us in the womb...I love hearing you talk us through the science of the heart Gregg! May we all speak from the heart...
Rumi knew this without science: "At night, I open the window and ask the moon to come and press its face against mine. Breathe into me. Close the language-door, and open the love-window. The moon won't use the door, only the window." ~Rumi
