@jamesbjorlie This is likely true. Unfortunate there is so much polarization.. what happened to making small, incremental adjustments to fix problems over the long run? Tax the rich 0.5% extra for the next 3 years, it won't kill them. Require social services to trim budgets by 5% each year for the next 3 years; not by layoffs, but by reworking/improving/streamlini­ng their internal processes. Each year review the effects, penalize for non-compliance, and after 3 years re-assess and move forward.
