Wonderful song...from an album called Rare Elements, you could probably find it on iTunes...it's via a friend, a wonderful producer named David Nichtern, and his company Dharma Moon (google 'em, youtube won't let me type their web site!) ...you could email them and find out? - Way
Thanks Waylon. After posting my first comment I DID realize that perhaps I'd made a mistake (it's actually what The Work is all about, no? You interview Katie and I have a bunch of judgements!) so I should apologize to you, really. I, myself, am certainly still confused on a regular basis and I thank you for being so understanding even when I wasn't. Best to you too. Penny :)
I apologize if I came off as disrespectful. Katie is a remarkable woman, and it was a honor, if not always a pleasure (The Work is intense stuff!) to meet with her and co-author Mr. Stephen Mitchell. What you're noticing is not disrespect, I hope, but rather my 'guy' mentality, my ignorance. My role, as editor/host, is to rest in beginner's mind—so that more of us can begin to relate to themselves and their confusion more openly. Best to you -- Waylon - editor - elephant journal
I experienced some serious discomfort in the first few minutes of this video. I had thoughts like "this guy is totally f***ing with her, he wants to discredit her and still calls himself a Buddist!" Hopefully, for people new to The Work this won't have to be their first taste of it, especially because the whole video isn't posted here. Not good advertising for Elevision I think. . ."I'm very clear that everyone in the world loves me. I just don't expect them to realize it yet." - BK
There is no part 2 of this video? not on the webpage either?

For those who are interested going through the work on this one, then next questions are
Who would you be without that thought?
What's a turnaround of that thought? (He didn't hurt my mother; I hurt my mother; I hurt me [i.e. when I think that thought])
