Thank you for your video! Could you explain about "neck fixations?" I can't seem to find any information on it anywhere. I have dramatic sinus problems and also miserable posture (forward head posture, I've been told). Any advice? Thanks.

Hi Wisemeister, Neck fixations is a term used by chiropracters when vertebra in the neck do not move independently of each other. I would think a good chiro or osteo would be able to help.

Well pongle, if you did it 3 times for 7 days and your sinus are still blocked, then its not just a sinus problem, there are other things at play. Perhaps neck fixations or infections.
