Just another former soldier, like you or anyone else in the world.
-
@xxwzaebd what army are you from
-
No. 5.56 and 9mm possible but 7.62 is too big and would cause excessive stress on the frame. German OA10 rifle would be better.
-
@Frankdude72 Maybe just with AKs because of all the movement, ever see an AK in slow motion? They are all over the place.
-
@semiautoriflelover Your experience is likely the exception than the rule.
I'm hearing a lot of reports from others about the tuning fork effect.
-
@Frankdude72 I had a Vortex on my M4 and it didn't ring like a tuning fork. That is strange yours does that.
-
Can an AK be converted to 7.62x51mm?

How much would this rifle cost each in quantities exceeding 100,000 but not for civillian use?Our reserves would need replacement for their outdated and underpowered M1 carbines.

@xxwzaebd Best ask Norinco that question directly, as they manufacture these rifles.

I got a question why is it much more expensive to buy Chinese than any other place shouldnt the CHinese firearms be cheaper

If that's what you're finding, then it's market driven, not quality driven.
Likely the Bush ban of 89 and the Klinton ban on Chinese munitions of '92 limiting supply.
Despite my Chinese AKs looking like they were beat out on rocks, they function flawlessly.
