that was awesome, but keep yourself straight when doing the handstand push-ups; otherwise, you could over-train one side, and under-train the other

Nice place to train. I can do a 1h push up and those wrist push ups too. I can do 30 1h push ups and 20 wrist push ups, but I have trouble with hanging in the pole like you did and the handstand push up.

You're VEEEERRRRRY GOOD! Don't listen to these thugs who try to put you down. It's clear that you've built this ability on your own, without any help, unlike them who speak from atop nice cushioned floors in air conditioned gyms and can't do half what you do. Just be carefull for any injuries. I can see you push your self too hard. Good work!

Drop the level down to solid perfect pushups (where you go ALL the way down), pullups (slow and controlled with varied grips) and squats until you perfect your technique, THEN amp it up.
