@cybertronization Actually it's just the programming rights that each company obtained. BTW Entertainment Rights had been brought out years ago by an American company called Classic Media. It's safe to assume that all the Rankin Bass productions that were distributed through Lorimar-Telepictures are owned by Warber Bros. as they aquired Lorimar-Telepictures.
