Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego...I mean Justin Hylden, in this one...no clue, Cordoba, that's where, and when I was there the city had the most rain it's ever had, I mean it was pouring out there, like cats and dogs, well, actually just water, but anyway it was still pretty amazing.
