It worked fine on my Retro Duo, and from what I've heard, the newer FC Twin models have identical hardware to the Retro Duo. Could just be a dirty cart.

in my opinion , Retro Duo is better. because it has better compatibility with SNES and NES games. Yes both FC Twin and Retro Duo have audio/video problems but Retro Duo is a step higher than the FC Twin.

WTF? I've never seen the FC Twin do such a thing. I think it's one of 4 things that are causing this:
1) Dirty cartridge
2) Dirty cartridge slot in the FC Twin
3) Faulty cartridge(have you tried playing MegaMan X on an original Super NES?)
4) Faulty FC Twin(if your unit doesn't have Yobo branding(which I assume it does judging from the video, should say Yobo Gameware behind the NES slot), then it's likely, as those are quite unreliable)
