  • they only ever seem to help the schools that barely need it! the only new equipment we ever got was new computers! try going to the rough boroughs and help them e.g. islington and camden

  • Keep fundamentalism out of our schools! Teach science not Intelligent design!

  • callmewilson, were you living it a Conservative area at the time? We all know parties will help out it's own areas before helping out other parties unless it's a deadly serious situation, or a matter of great concern

  • My school back in my days didn't get a single penny off you lot, quality declined badly after 1997. It was bought new mini buses, had extra expansion for more capacity, new equipment, new boarding residential premises all under the tories, under you lot NOTHING!

  • I was at school (secondary) from 1980-85 at the height of the Tory years. We had crumbling classrooms, textbooks that were falling apart (we had to take them home and cover them with wallpaper) and could not have dreamed of the investment and support that kids get now thanks to a Labour government.
