  • @memberson Hi .. I spray my trees with compost tea, which is liquid fertilizer made from worm casting. The worm casting has natural fighting properties for getting rid of bugs and disease. You can find out more how to make a batch typing in compost tea. It’s great and you can use it on many applications.

  • Hello What do you spray your apples with.

  • @ceadeses Thank you Ceadese, I have a total of 3 fig trees Layered Natalina Fig, Layered Brown Turkey Fig and Layered Ficazzana Fig. If you’re in Maine, you can also grow all varieties by planting directly in the soil and dipping a trench covering them totally for the winter. I’m planning on doing a video of how I accomplish this, so the figs are protected from the winter cold. You can do it. Give it a try!!

  • You have an awesome orchard and garden and way up north ! I live in Maine and would like to try some fig trees next year. What variety are you growing?
