I drove a Subaru Justy with ECVT. It didn't have a manual mode though. It had normal and power. Power mode was cool. You punch it and the tach goes to the max power RPM of the motor and then just sits there as the car picks up speed at a surprising pace for a three cylinder.

Yeah, make sure you do that once.. :) ... I'm enjoyin' the vids you post, and some shifting action every now and then will get you an extra star in the rating system ;-)

I bet those shift points are a computer pre set on the drive pulleys. Since CVT's are continuous there is no set point of shifting to go by. I bet there are some cool power shifting computer hacks for the Burgman on the forums.

Your exactly right. I've never heard of a hack for that but I'm sure someone has at least tried.

Love the shifting.. would love to see a 0-60mph (or so) run.. in auto, power and or manual mode... :)
