When they do the rock paper game he walks over and puts his hand on the black box at 5:59 there is someone in the box they wrote the results they are in the black box, he picks it up there. The reason I caught it was because the rock game was not on the results. the paper is put into his shoe by his wife in the box there is a cut slot in the shoe

They were right about the note going down his pantleg but it's pretty obvious he puts the note in there when he fiddles with his belt.

Yea 7:16 is the point he slips in the folded chit.....when he's taking of the shoe he takes time to lift the foot n let the chit in the shoe before handing to Ross..

im pretty sure that the whole "prostate" exam was an excuse for him to put the paper down his pants, therefore not using his pockets.

The editing is unfair on the viewer: how did the table (which the briefcase was placed on) get onto stage? I agree with ChaseRocker that this contained an identical shoe that was written offstage. Again, editing prevented us from seeing when the shoe switch happened. The gloves are a nice idea as it gives something to be put in the breifcase but also prevents Jonathan from realising that shoe is cold and hasn't been warn for long. Nice trick.
