I thought I was having trouble with the sound so I did a quick film on remoing and replacing pvcu beads so heres the comentry........
Co-extruded beads only with mitre to mitre corners
remove one of the longest beads first, there easier to remove first than shorter beads, they bend easier
remove the top and/or bottom bead near to the one you have just taken out
remove the other side bead, the glass is no longer supported by the beads so be carefull
replace the beads in this order... bottom top then both sides, the bottom one goes first to stop the glass from kicking out as you put first bead in
when positioning the beads in the beading chamber apply pressure at about 45deg, you need to get the inner leg of the bead to go home first.
you can use a soft nosed hammer to do this but I prefer not to hit cold pvc the welds tend to split
Keep taking the medication...

You made that look very easy.... My beading does not appear to go in as easy.

when you put the beading back it's safer for you to start with the top beading as there is chance that the unit can drop down.

Thank you. I spent two hours last night just trying to get the two vertical beads back. I will go and try again after seeing how you do it.
