Since discovering Mike Rowland only a few months ago he has become one of my top ten composers. Seems to me this track "Glimmer of Hope" is an intro or prelude and regrettably a little over one minute long. I played this track two times and hope Mr. Rowland doesn't mind. Mike Rowland has a master's degree in electro acoustic composition and is the composer of The Fairy Ring, the most successful New Age album of all time. He has composed and released albums that inspire and heal and the qualities of his music are beneficial and relaxing. It is used in hospitals, healing centers, sensory environments and homes across the world. He enjoys using electronics, recordings of nature as well as live instruments to create his beautiful music. Mike Rowland is also an ordained Interfaith Minister and Spiritual Counselor. This album is one of several albums in permanent rotation in my home. Peaceful, serene, simple yet beautiful.

Mike is currently compiling a book about the power of healing through music. Mike invites you to contribute by sending details of your experiences when you listen to his healing music. The details will aid in creating important research that goes into proving that music and healing are related.

Facing another evening without you
I am torn from myself
in movements of clouds,
movements of earth spinning
like the sure movement of lava as it rolls to sea.
Yet when I arrive from my dream
you are still gone from me
23 footsteps away;
a bouquet of the abyss.

When I look to the east I think of you
softly waiting for me
to chisel you from the matrix
with smooth hammer strokes
from my hands.
Freed of barren, untouched shoulders,
you can open your eyes again
flashing the iridescent animals,
valiant vibrations of your rich spirit.

Your picture is the centerpiece of my table
I stare at you in candlelight,
the windows behind, black in their immensity,
only enlarge you.
Making you more of what I miss.

At night I go among your body
to feel the presence of your heart beating
something golden
spun from another world.
You can feel me when this is done
though I am invisible in all ways to you, but one.
A reflection in the mirror.
Beneath your eyes
you see me dancing away the body.
Dancing away the mind.
Dancing away the incarnations
of my absence.

@Lianarte - No way Lili, I'm not better, only different style. We should be different, it's more fun that way. We learn from each other too, like I learned about your effects. When you create your videos try not to think about disappointing anyone because you will disappoint yourself. Do it for fun, let the energy of the music take you wherever it leads. I have made many videos that bombed out, lol. Not every1 likes what I like. I don't let that stop me. I keep going on to the next song.
