@racer42O No, the anchors can only hear it when someone in the control room presses the buttons for their earpieces. There's separate buttons for everyone involved, though sometimes a certain channel is listened to by multiple people; for example, all the floor cameramen will usually be on the same line so they all know what each other is doing. (Though as these bloopers reels show, it often doesn't help, hehe.)
