@31thatkidagain Personally. Jackie scares me more just because of his voice and face. But the one thing that's scarier about Robert was that grin he could do. Still, both actors are great, I'll agree with you there.

I wonder what Wes Craven thought of this. He probably liked it, judging by Scream 4. If I were him, I would have liked the idea of a completely revised story. I mean, this Freddy story has the most surprises and background stories and Nancy isn't really the only main protagonist in this. Her boyfrind, Quenton is much smarter than Glen was in the old one. But I have to admit, Glen had one hell of a death scene in the origional.

Both elm streets are awesome. I love both and think Jackie did an awesome job. Your allowed to like both movies and just cause Roberts not in this one doesn't make the whole movie bad. But if you really hate this movie find more than one reason other than "Roberts not in this" to hate the movie.
