Ducky's Lagoon Bull Shocking

At a bar called Ducky's Lagoon in Andalusia, IL a bull riding event is held several times a month. To make the bulls seem wild, the stock contractor repeatedly shocks the animals.
When the Illinois Department of Agriculture was told about these obvious violations to Illinois law they unbelievably did nothing to stop it.

@SHARKonlineorg a bulls skin is ten times thicker than our skin a hot shot doesnt do anything more than give them a little shock ive been shocked by one sure it hurts but thats us and bulls are alot tougher and stronger than us and flank straps dont harm or torment them either the only thing they do is give them something to kick at and that giving them extra kick ya dumbass maybe if you looked into these things you would know!
