  • If you're just doing cardio you can become very skinny. Whats the point of removing fat when you don't have any muscle to show. Also burning more calories then you're eating you will lose weight. Doesn't matter what the food it matters on the calories. You can eat super healthy but if you're consuming more calories then your eating those calories will get stored as bodyfat

  • what about mangoes? ...so when do we eat oatmeal in the day? never?

  • Good thoughts. I want to remember this. After my hyster., I'm definitely pear-shaped. Pic of ourselves - well, it IS Halloween!

    Put your mind in the muscle. Good advice. I can't even sleep at night with so many thoughts going through my head! Clear your head . . . That won't take that much time to add that.
