Green is a Police colour in Germany.

Why the sizes? I love shallow toms. I have used power toms for so long I now hate them because I can't place the toms low enough to play comfortably!!!

The Tama snare was designed after a Pearl Jupiter 5" x 14" brass snare, which was the snare he used on all those Police records.

Although he plays Tama - you can hear ludwig supraphonic snare on a lot of Police records (like "Oh My God") :-)

I like how he doesn't change his cymbals/heads after every gig. That isn't sarcasm btw haha. Like every drummer just wastes heads after a gig and uses new ones for the next, same with cymbals.
