dear kerelites If Kerela Govt. have the proof that dam is unsafe mean then prove it in the Court not in youtube...! if u all start to fight with ur neighbour state of TN then morethan 40 lakh kerelites will suffer (who they peacefully living in TN). and this issues not between kerelaites and tamilans. this issue is only between the two goverments of Kerala and Tamilnadu..! by the way i'm a kanadiga...!

if the dam was built in such a way that, the water should flow to tamilnadu if it was broken, No one would have told that the new dam is not an emergency. Now the benefit is just to tamilnadu and the tension is just to kerala. Then as per the Video, why is the need for water to idukki dam which has always water from its tributaries.

I'm very ashamed because as a Tamizhan, our Highest Authority is Supreme Court, they gave the Judgement but Kerala govt. shoud not obey that. then why we need central government, and supreme court. What is doing our central ministers?

We wanted to build a new Dam. I pray to all stake holders to respect and accommodate our concerns. And also please erase the slogans 'Life for Keralites & Water for TN", WRONG

We experience severe Water shortage down stream during the Months of March, April & May

We need to build a Bigger dam and Give same amount or More water to TN and Release 5-10 TMC of Water during Those 3 months. Please consider this next time you talk.

It is only the Keralites who benefit from the water from the Dam. The water from Mullaiperiyar dam which used for irrigation sends vegetables, milk, rice etc to Kerala only. Due to the blockade in the last one week, prices of these items have increased in Idukki district. Now Keralites are feeling the pinch. "Idukku peru than thanakku thane sunyam vachukaradu nu solvanga".

Almost 60% catchment area for the DAM is in TamilNadu. Kerala is blessed with water. It is the Gods country. TamilNadu only asks water collected in its catchment area. It just 16 tmc. All over the world people strengthen DAM. Rarely demolish the DAM.

@sbn001 koodankulam is build by very hi-tech method...some selfish peoples protesting against this project....as like malayalees also try to build a new dam...this is time to realize yourselves.kerala government should obey supreme government orders.karnataka = pakistan and kerala = bangalades...bangalades got help from india but they're always enemy for india as like kerala get all helps from tamil nadu but they're react like bangalades....dear peoples we are indians...MIND IT.
