  • It was the FED who caused the depression not coolidge

  • Guess who was running for VP on the same ticket as Harding and Coolidge's opponent in 1920? New York governor Franklin Delano Roosevelt.

  • the Ronald Reagan of 1920s and most underrated president. Obama should listen to this to learn something

  • @sandythebear and we did!

  • lol, gotta love that whiney Massachusetts accent of Silent Cal

  • lol, gotta love that whiney Massachusetts of Silent Cal

  • He sounds like he was a member of the Lillipop League.

  • Yeesh-- no wonder Silent Cal never talked.

  • @lordhighexecutioner Maybe you should go back and study the factual causes of the depression again. How long after Coolidge left, and how many Hoover policies and international problems after WW1 came about before the actual depression started? Go back, check again, then post.

  • The man was an incompetent when it came to economics. No wonder he caused the Great Depression, and indeed he did, he set up the debt deflation that marked that time.

  • You GO "Silent Cal"!!! RIP

  • Stay cool with Coolidge
