All of John Williams' compositions are so nostalgic... they bring back those warm, comfy childhood memories. They exude this sort of magical and innocent sort of feeling that pretty much defines my childhood in the 90's.. everything from Home Alone, to Star Wars, to Jurassic Park... I absolutely love his compositions.. they make my heart melt and shake (sounds weird, I know).. but when you grow up and realize how the world sucks.. nothing is more comforting than this sort of nostalgic music...

I believe the actual name of the song is "THE MISSION."

About 0:55 and 1:57 sounds like ET flying. :) This music is too good for some TV network. But then without that purpose, it probably wouldn't happen. :)

BTW if anyone wants to hear a "Monitor Radio" theme then google "Night Flight to Madrid." That's one of the production music library tracks they used. :) ^ ^

I had no idea this was John Williams! Wow, that's really cool that such a big name is behind the Nightly News theme. No wonder it's so beautiful.
