Yes, this is Florence Welch of Florence and the machine singing the female lead. I don't know who this other woman is, but it kills me that she is mouthing over Florence's lushous vocals.

I am the girl miming in the video. This is my friends band 'ASHOK' who Florence used to be a part and this was shot just after she chose to leave and before she became 'famous.' It's a promo video. I don't think Flo wanted to come back and sing it.....
