This video is two part series of the Brief Essentials of Fiqh of Marriage, which is a prelude to the Day Long Islamic Marriage Course.
Part One: Essential Fiqh of Marriage, how it is done in Islam, understanding of Mahr, Waly, Walima ...
Part Two: Brief description and fiqh of Divorce when done by the husband (Talaq), or sought by the wife (Khula) or issued by the Islamic court Judge (Faskh-Nikah). Look at Raj'ah, Iddah (waiting period after divorce), Child custody rights following a divorce, property settlement issues according to Islam.

This two part video leads into the Day Long Intensive course, but is not a part of the course, as the course is about buidling love, finding success from a marriage and keeping it forever (and not about Fiqh). So, this video completes the Fiqh aspect of the course on Islamic Marriages.
