He said Em was gonna get at a lot of people, and that he would get a lot of people angry. Therefore, It was a valid comment. Also he implied that Em's album left him speechless. People who graduated from high school (or even common sense) would be able to gather that.

Eminem rapped about killing his ex for the longest time, 2Pac called females "Bitches" and then goes around and makes a track called "Keep Ya' Head Up", & Ice Cube went from Gangster-to-Actor...so yeah...LOL.

I don't think it was insane listen to what he said " he's coming at a lot of people - he not leaving any stone unturned - I call them out by slim shady " he saying the shut he heard was a diss track to rappers! Insane has NO DISSES to rappers in it!. Also the interviewer said " yeah a lot of people wants him coming at people " then trick trick answers him.
