Carole is inducted to the Songwriters Hall Of Fame and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame(as a writer, she has written or co-written over 30 top 40 hits). Carole was a classmate of Neil Sedaka. The album was #1 for 15 weeks and stayed on the charts for over 6 years. Until Michael Jackson's "Thriller", it was the top selling pop album of all time. This was recorded in 2005 in Southern California during Carole's "Living Room Tour".

@CARICATOTV no seas aburrido e intolerante. Amy llego mas lejso que Carol , dos generaciones distintas , pero con mundos musicales contundentes y mas en el caso de Amy.que tiene de malo que se haya cantado esta canción en sus funerales, es un tributo para amabas en todo caso.Aqui no hay rebjas de categorias, cada una en lo suyo y listo gloria a ambas.

@josephnexus nada, no te atrevas a compararlas... Amy murió víctima de sus excesos... Carole King ha llegado a la edad que tiene con mucha dignidad y más que todo talento!!!! no desconozco el talento de Amy... pero me parece que decir que Carole le dedique una canción es rebajarla de categoría
