Jason & Sam 12-14-09

Jason's left unsettled after his encounter with Franco, who wants to know what makes Jason tick. Franco has an ominous agenda where Jason is concerned. Jason tears into Spinelli when he learns Spinelli went to see Franco. Spinelli relates to Jason that Franco was displeased over the lack of respect Jason displayed towards him during their encounter.

Although Franco is really, really crazy he made some good points. A part of Jason has to like killing even though he hates it. I mean really, the man said he feels the most alive when he is in danger. Although Jason and Sonny didn't want Michael in the "business", is it really of any surprise that he wants to be? Michael probably thinks he earned his stripes because he took a bullet to the head and killed somebody.

@BSMART18 Jason's history... his brain damage doesn't allow him to exp fear. it left him with traits like; cold, distant, practical, efficient, analytical...which make a good enforcer. through Robin, Sam & Michael Jason has learned about and feels deep emotion. when they (esp. the last two) are threatened he becomes afraid/willing to lie/loses control. he doesn't have to like or dislike killing. It is, due to his accident, one thing he can do really well and not feel "damaged".

Oh how right you were about Michael because that is exactly what he said about a week ago about him proving himself to Sonny because he took a bullet that was meant for him and killing Claudia. I just wish they had told the police when it happened i'm getting tired of everything being about protecting Michael.
